Nov. 16, was observed on Friday night at the Carleton Civic Centre before the Woodstock Slammers' Maritime Junior A Hockey League contest against Dieppe. Adams, a maintenance engineer, was one of seven people killed when their seaplane went down and crashed on Thormanby Island.
